EMPOWER YOURSELF
Join JPEG Culture & The Bear Fam as we treat our minds, bodies, and spirits to a relaxing and inspiring week of care, growth, and contribution in Costa Rica. We will practice yoga, meditation, and cold exposure together. And in between, we will learn, play, and explore together. This retreat is a time and place for the JPEG and Bear den community to share their knowledge, spark future collaborations and get to know each other away from our favorite digital platforms!
On the first two days, we’ll host a series of workshops with special guests who will keynote the workshops. Days three, four, and five will open to exploring this amazing region. We will enjoy morning meditation, yoga, ice baths, and evening meditations every day. The first night and last night together we will have a dance party. Each day, we will enjoy delicious, nutritious vegetarian meals and amazing elixirs crafted by the retreat center team at Selva Armonia.
