Summer is a transformational and intuitive embodiment coach. She’s been supporting and empowering women for many years, leading support groups and virtual communities, workshops, ceremonies and working 1:1 with women to help them reclaim their power, pleasure, and purpose. She helps her clients dive deep into their bodies and journey back to themselves.
Guiding her clients from feeling disconnected, stuck, or confused into clarity & confidence.
Her passion is shadow work and inner child healing, she walks side by side and guides her clients to explore their shadow aspects and different versions of themselves, by doing this work, they learn to love all aspects of themselves.
Somatic release, movement, retraining the nervous system, and using our breath have to be applied to allow the body to feel safe. Embodiment makes you resilient ,intuitive and powerfully sensitive in our fast paced, demanding society that seeks to disconnect us from ourselves.
Reclaiming the power you've given away to the external world; other people, ideas, values, or the media. In order for you to flow through life from an inner space of self love, clarity, and belief in your own abilities and unwavering confidence in yourself, no matter what life throws at you. Summer will guide this retreat through different workshops ,breath-work, meditations and ceremonies to help you heal and express yourself. Soleil is a social worker, formerly of Yale University, yoga teacher, and integrative health and wellness therapist. Soleil has been practicing yoga for 25yrs and she is a 300hr Kundalini teacher offering Hatha and Yin yoga. Soleil believes that being connected to the body is essential to a well-balanced life. Additionally, she offers family constellation ancestral healing that connects to generations before and ahead helping to transmute trauma in the DNA while allowing the love to flow in the family system. This modality will help you to improve your relationships with your family, loved ones, ancestors, and the greater community. She is passionate about offering people cutting-edge practices and skills to help them move out of feeling stuck and into a confident and creative flow. She designs her sessions to incorporate personal growth and healing while acknowledging your spiritual and artistic aspects as well.

Ashley St.Clair, is a boudoir and empowerment photographer. Her "soul" purpose in this life is to inspire women to be the best version of themselves.
Many women that come to Ashley, have some sort of body, dysmorphia or beliefs that they are not beautiful enough for …. XYZ ...you fill in the blank.
The truth is, we all are Divine feminine power houses . We harnessed this energy inside of us, and it yearns to be set free. Her goal is to help you step into that power. The power that you are a goddess. The power that you can be a divine sensual human being. The power that you can create your reality!
Ashley understands that this is a vulnerable space; however, vulnerability is something that she shares on a daily basis.She shares her story of joy and loss, pain and beauty. Ashley is looking forward to working one on one with each, and everyone of you to show you truly who authentically you are free of judgment.
