JULIA ZERN
Julia is a heart-centered yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. Born and raised in Sweden, now living in the Hudson Valley with her three daughters and their cat. Her purpose is to create healing and expansive experiences while meeting you exactly where you are. Julia’s breathwork sessions are done in ceremony setting and deeply transformative, you will feel supported, seen and heard. Her Vinyasa yoga classes are infused with the roots of yoga through a modern flow guided by the breath.
Here to remind you of your own inner wisdom and ability to create your life with intention from that place.
She brings 25 years of yoga study and 15 years of teaching and mentoring to the space. This retreat is an extension of everything she’s passionate about: yoga, breathwork, expanding consciousness, delicious healthy food, nature immersion, music, and personal growth.
