Airfare to and from Costa Rica is NOT included and is the responsibility of each guest. Guests are encouraged to arrive the day prior to the Immersion to allow for a smooth and relaxed start to the resort. A hotel in San José will be recommended for those who wish to stay overnight on May 17th, prior to our group's departure.
Complimentary group transportation to the resort is provided. Guests who choose not to stay overnight or who miss the scheduled shuttle will be responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation to and from the resort.
Welcome packet, packing lists and itinerary will be provided post-booking.

Certified through the Shakti School and ordained by her beloved ancestors, Surayyah is devoted to guiding women of all ages back to their God-given power of self-healing. She channels the timeless intelligence of Ayurveda, which is an ancient Indian tradition that embodies wholistic harmony between the Mind, Body & Spirit. This wisdom was woven into her life at a very early age, where she vividly recalls her grandfather of Indian descent, practicing Ayurveda as a way of life. Her work transcends surface-level wellness by guiding women into a deep remembrance of their power, their rhythm, and their innate ability to be whole.
Creating an immersive space that feels both sacred and sophisticated allows Surayyah to not only teach these healing modalities but activate them! Each offering is an invitation to step out of survival mode, regulate the nervous system and step into alignment, where the mind is clear, the body is nourished, and the spirit is fully expressed.

Selva Armonia's restaurant offers organic plant-based cuisine as part of our retreat immersive offerings.
You will experience one-of-a-kind, locally sourced, organic meals for breakfast, lunch & dinner as part of your inclusive package; however, additional snacks may be purchased on your own.
cANCELLATION POLICIEs
A 7.5% Administrative Fee charged by the venue will be added at checkout. This fee covers payment plan processing and administration. Taxes are included in your retreat investment.
Cancellations received 120 days or more in advance are eligible for a 50% refund of all payments made beyond a non-refundable $500 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 119 days or less before the retreat start date.
Reservations may be transferred to another participant, subject to approval. Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment.
If Costa Rica is closed to travelers or subject to government-imposed restrictions that prevent the retreat from taking place as scheduled, a full refund will be issued.
If unforeseen travel restrictions, government regulations, airline disruptions, quarantines or circumstances arising from the United States or international travel systems impact the ability for "The WHOLE Experience" to proceed as planned, the event may be rescheduled to a future date to be determined. In such cases, all payments will be transferred and applied to the rescheduled experience.
