MEET YOUR HOST
Natasha’s career in movement started at the age of 10, teaching a prenatal aerobics class at Silver Slippers Dance Academy in Idaho. From this point forward, “Needles”, as her students kindly refer to her, developed a passionate love affair with the study of movement. After dancing with various companies she earned her BA in dance and began teaching Pilates, ballet, modern and jazz. Miss Snow’s pilgrimage lead her to a number of notable Yoga outlets including; Yoga at the Village, Yoga Works, Hot8 Santa Monica, Hot8 Beverly Hills and now she finds herself in a much deserved position as Director of Yoga for SoHo Yoga Hermosa Beach. Natasha received her certification from Yoga Alliance in Hatha yoga. She is also a repeat Lululemon Ambassador with a passion for others discovery of self through her unique style of instruction. She leads with spirit, passion, awareness, tranquility and fire.
BEN CARON
MEET YOUR HOSTS
Ben is a Los Angeles-based, Yoga Alliance certified facilitator and retreat producer who has hosted and produced retreats, events and festivals across the globe. His mixed-modality approach is inspired by years of study and practice in movement, music, voice, breath-work, meditation, Yoga, and Buddhism. Ben is a professional project manager and manifestation coach who is passionate about working with clients to clarify their vision, listen to their hearts and create actionable, practical, and achievable plans and practices to manifest their dreams. Ben is also a community organizer who leads and produces events across the country as part of the national service & civic healing tour: The Caravan. He believes that world healing begins with personal healing, and world peace begins with inner peace, and he is glad to lead and practice, in community with all who want to co-create a more compassionate, kind and caring world.
