Natalia is a Costa Rican biologist, nature and heritage interpreter, and a sex educator. She has 17 years of experience facilitating and designing thought provoking programs and interactions between visitors and Costa Rica´s cultural and natural heritage. An avid traveler who enjoys the quietness of the forest and the restorative energy of the ocean.

As tantra practitioner of the Ananda Marga philosophy for 18 years, she combines the intuitional practices with the wisdom of nature in her journey of self-discovery. An entrepreneur who aims to build community and create new healthy ways for interactions between people and nature.

Katherine is an adventurous and passionate naturalist with a nomadic spirit that has driven her to explore the world. With a background in Tropical Biology, she deeply
understands the wildness of the lush tropical forests. This profound way of experiencing nature caused a shift in the way she perceives the world, something that she loves to
share with others through her Nature Interpretation and Forest Bathing.
By using principles of neuroscience and mindfulness, she guides individuals to observe their own mental and physical interactions, as well as their connection to the natural world. Fascinated by ancient and modern philosophies, she embarked on a 15-year journey of self-inquiry, delving into alternative healing practices like Yoga, Sonotherapy, Reiki, Herbalism and more.
Keysha Arriaga
MEET YOUR HOSTS
Keysha is a greatly experienced healer, specializing in sound therapy, Watsu therapy
and yoga. Her education and qualifications run the gamut, including Chinese medicine,
sound therapy, meditation, physiotherapy, Watsu therapy, and other healing modalities.
Having worked in Costa Rica, Iceland, the Maldives, Abu Dhabi and Sri Lanka, she is a
wellness specialist with a global sensibility.
