WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WILL BE IN PLACE?

It is our intention to go above and beyond the guidelines set out by Costa Rica and the Health Department to give our retreat attendees a greater sense of comfort in our activities. We will be taking the following precautions to maximize the safety of the experience:

• All staff will be wearing masks during their shifts while cleaning personal and common spaces, attending to guests, or in close proximity of guests.
   

• Temperature checks upon arrival at Selva Armonia.
   

• For international travelers arriving at Selva directly from the airport, we require that you obtain a COVID test within 72 hours of your travel. If traveling from San Jose please present a Negative COVID Test taken within 72 hours of arriving at Selva. Please be prepared to present test results at the reception immediately upon arrival.
   

• A newly implemented cashless payment system that reduces physical touch-points.
   

• Implemented capacity limits to accommodate social distancing guidelines.
   

• Added dining seating with social distancing in mind.
   

• Open-air common spaces, workshop spaces, living room, and event spaces.
   

• Hand sanitizers & handwashing sinks have been placed throughout the property and will be refilled regularly.
