With backgrounds in exercise science (Chris) and psychology (Chastity), movement has always been our medicine. From Chastity’s years as a dancer, gymnast, and track runner—eventually falling in love with Pilates and breathwork—to Chris’s grounding connection to training as therapy, we both learned early on that fitness isn’t just physical. We’ve always been drawn to the kind of practices that stretch you inside and out: cold plunging, deep honesty, and the kind of intentional movement that rewires your patterns and reconnects you to yourself. That philosophy is what inspired us to create Infiniti Fitness—an environment where people can grow in strength, flow, and the way they move through their entire lives.

Now, we’re taking that mission beyond the walls of the gym. The next level of our work is guiding people into environments where transformation can expand even deeper—a place like Costa Rica, where nature amplifies healing. Here, we blend movement, breath, challenge, and connection to help you create new neural pathways, reset your nervous system, and return home renewed.

This is the evolution of everything we believe in: honoring the body, expanding the mind, and embracing the kind of growth that only happens when you’re willing to step into something deeper.

Hey friends, I’m Dwight.

I live in the Bay Area now, but my roots stretch back to New Jersey—where movement, discipline, and the mind–body connection were woven into daily life. My father, a Doctor of Martial Arts and Bushido Hall of Fame inductee, raised me in a home where mastering the body was inseparable from mastering the self.

By ten years old I was already teaching, carrying forward lessons that shaped me through advanced black belt levels and into a new passion: soccer. That path led me to compete at the D1 collegiate level in New Jersey and eventually on national stages. When an injury cut that journey short, it opened another: the calling to help others move, heal, and rebuild.

Today, I work one-on-one in Physical Therapy (DPT), weight loss and muscle development, functional and strength training (NASM), aerobic kickboxing (6th-degree black belt), and geriatric health. On a broader scale, I serve as the Wellness Director for University Hospital of New Jersey and a wellness consultant for several Bay Area tech companies.

Across every discipline—martial arts, performance, rehabilitation, and human behavior—I’ve become convinced of one truth: the human body is built like a migrating animal. We think clearer, recover quicker, and feel most alive when we’re in motion.
