We will slow down, recharge, and create vitality through the elements. Held by the Earth, the lush jungle and beautiful nature of Uvita, Costa Rica.
We will explore Water through nearby waterfalls, beaches of the Pacific Ocean, and the Flow of our practice.
Connecting to Air through our Breath in our open Shala.
Igniting Fire through our practice of yoga and breathwork, as well as a sacred fire ceremony. This is alchemy in its essence.

If you need to cancel your participation:
● Before June 21, 2026 (more than 90 days prior to the retreat start):
Full refund minus cancellation fee of $500.
● Between June 22 and July 19, 2026 (60–89 days prior):
50% refund of the total retreat price (minus the $500 cancellation fee).
● On or after July 20, 2026 (within 60 days of the retreat):
No refund will be given.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
