Josh Munk

Josh is a highly regarded professional who has fully lived life on his own terms.   From wrestling for a top Division 1 university, to federal prison, real estate finance, and on to touch the top of the international cannabis industry, Josh has lived a life that reads like a movie script. He has made millions of dollars, traveled the world several times over, and he’s lost it all.  The money, the certainty, and even some of the people he thought were family.  He’s been on top of the world, and he has felt the overwhelming weight of it.  His journey, and all the extreme experiences he has navigated, have tempered his intensity and aligned his career, purpose, and spiritual path.​

Working for most of his adult life with cannabis, psychedelics, and plant medicine gave him the chance to explore the outer limits of consciousness.  He became equally fascinated by what's possible without the support of substances, which has catalyzed a deep, ongoing dive into how the mind actually works, who we really are beneath the noise, and what consciousness actually is.​​

Josh doesn't teach theory. He teaches lived wisdom, using practical, embodied techniques built from real experience. For nearly a decade, he's mentored and coached men who know there's more and are ready to take themselves to the next level.  

Rick Koekoek

Rick Koekoek has spent more than two decades exploring what happens when people step beyond their comfort zone.

As a former BMX TeamNL National Coach, Guinness World Record holder, and international athlete, his journey has taken him from competing at the highest level to riding across skyscrapers' rooftops in Hong Kong and along the edge of the Great Wall of China. These experiences demanded far more than technical skill; they required presence, trust, resilience, and the ability to stay calm when the stakes were high.

Today, Rick brings those lessons into a different arena.

Through adventure, movement, and conscious observation, he creates experiences that help people discover how they respond under pressure. Rather than teaching people what to think, he invites them to experience themselves in real moments of uncertainty, challenge, and growth.

His approach is practical, grounded, and deeply experiential. With curiosity instead of judgment, participants learn to recognize automatic patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and make more intentional choices.
