Michelle Dellene, MMS, PA-C, RYT, is a Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga teacher, physician assistant, transformational coach, and retreat leader devoted to helping others awaken their fullest potential.
Drawing from years of experience in medicine, movement, and mindfulness, she creates powerful experiences that bridge ancient yogic wisdom with modern healing. Michelle’s classes blend the energizing flow of Vinyasa with the transformative technology of Kundalini Yoga, inviting students to cultivate vitality, resilience, creativity, and deep self-awareness.
Inspired by her own profound healing journey, she is passionate about guiding others to reconnect with their inner wisdom, embody authentic sovereignty, and courageously express their truest selves. Through breath, movement, meditation, and community, Michelle empowers others to create lasting transformation from the inside out.

Lisa Lapwing is a professional aerialist, aerial instructor, licensed Acupuncture Physician, and Reiki Master dedicated to helping others cultivate strength, balance, and overall well-being. With a unique blend of expertise in movement, holistic medicine, and energy healing, she offers an integrative approach that supports both physical vitality and emotional wellness.
As a professional aerialist and instructor, Lisa combines technical excellence with creative expression, inspiring students of all levels to build confidence, develop skill, and experience the transformative power of aerial arts in a safe, supportive environment. As an Acupuncture Physician and Reiki Master, she provides compassionate, individualized care that promotes healing, restores balance to the physical, emotional and spiritual health of an individual and encourages the body's natural ability to heal.
