cANCELLATION POLICIES
If you need to cancel your participation:
● Before June 21, 2026 (more than 90 days prior to the retreat start):
Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
● Between June 22 and July 19, 2026 (60–89 days prior):
50% refund of the total retreat price (excluding the deposit).
● On or after July 20, 2026 (within 60 days of the retreat):
No refund will be given.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
