Held by Nature, Guided from Within
A restorative retreat for women seeking clarity, energy and deep rest
You’re functioning. You’re capable. You’re holding a lot. But underneath it all, your energy feels lower, your sleep lighter, and your mind is rarely at ease.
With everything happening in the world - constant noise, tension and uncertainty - you don’t need to push harder. You need space to recalibrate.
This retreat was created for women who are tired of pushing through life, and who long for steadiness, clarity and grounded energy.
This is about honoring how you feel in your life. This isn’t about doing, it’s about being.
The location is not a simple backdrop. The surrounding nature does what effort cannot. It calms the nervous system, restores innate rhythms, and softens the body and the emotions.
This retreat is intentionally different. It balances restoration and integration through guided morning practices, spacious afternoons, and gentle evening reflections.
You will leave with more energy, clarity and peace. Once home, your retreat experience will continue to help you feel guided from within, steady, strong and supported in your everyday life.
We look forward to talking with you soon.

LAURE CARTER
Ayurveda · Embodied Living
I guide women in cultivating a more balanced and respectful relationship with their bodies, their energy, and their natural rhythms — especially during periods of transition, when familiar reference points no longer feel reliable.
My work is rooted in Ayurveda and Yoga, enriched by embodied awareness, meditation, and a contemporary understanding of emotional and energetic patterns. It is both grounded and subtle, practical and deeply human.
I do not offer quick fixes or methods to be applied through force or discipline.
Instead, I create spaces — retreats, one-to-one support, and moments of transmission — where the body can become a trustworthy reference again, and where women learn to listen to what is truly unfolding, rather than struggling against symptoms.
My role is not to tell women what to do, but to guide them in listening more deeply, making clearer choices, and reconnecting with their inner sovereignty.
When I am not working with women, I love cooking simple, nourishing meals — because our relationship with the body is also shaped by how we nourish ourselves, in the widest sense of the word. 🌿
“I believe the body already knows — our role is to listen.”

SWAMI ATMARUPA SARASWATI
Yoga Tantra · Yoga Nidra · Subtle Awareness
Swami Atmarupa Saraswati has been immersed in the study and practice of yoga for over four decades. Her path has been shaped by a deep commitment to inner inquiry, discipline, and direct experience, guided since 1995 by her guru, Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati of the Bihar School of Yoga in India.
Her teaching is rooted in the classical Satyananda Yoga tradition and weaves together yoga tantra, meditation, and Yoga Nidra as pathways for understanding the subtle layers of consciousness.
She is known for her grounded presence, clarity, and ability to guide students into direct experience rather than conceptual understanding.
Swami Atmarupa has taught internationally and has spent many years training yoga teachers from around the world. She served as the founder of the Atma Center, a long-standing yoga center in Ohio, and later chose to step away from organizational leadership in order to devote herself more fully to practice, teaching, and transmission.
Before dedicating herself entirely to yoga, she worked for over 25 years as a nurse anesthetist and educator in a major medical institution. This background deeply informs her teaching, particularly her understanding of the nervous system, altered states of consciousness, and the subtle transitions between waking, dreaming, and deep rest.
In this retreat, her role is to guide participants into a felt, embodied experience of the elements through yoga, breath, and deep inner listening — creating the conditions for insight, stability, and inner spaciousness to arise naturally.
TESTIMONIALS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can you tell me more about yoga and Ayurveda? Yoga allows you to feel the elements directly through the body, breath, and subtle awareness. We will explore how the energies move through consciousness, the nervous system and subtle body. Ayurveda shows how the same elements shape our energy, digestion, focus, rest, and daily life. We will explore how the energies of the elements move through time, YOUR physiology, habits and daily life. No prior experience is required. All practices are accessible, adaptable, and guided with care. This retreat is not about flexibility, performance, or learning techniques perfectly — it’s about listening to your body and energy at your own pace.
What is a typical day like? Mornings are dedicated to guided practices and teachings. These sessions are the heart of the retreat and are held in a calm, spacious rhythm. Afternoons are completely free — for rest, nature, beach time, excursions (some are included), massages, or simply doing nothing. Evenings are gentle and optional: quiet integration, reflection, ceremonies or early rest.
I’m going through a lot emotionally — is this a safe space? Yes. This retreat is intentionally designed with nervous-system safety and emotional respect at its core. There is no forced sharing, no emotional pushing, and no expectation to “process” anything publicly. You are always free to engage at the level that feels right for you.
Is this retreat more spiritual or more practical? It is both — and neither in an extreme way. The retreat blends embodied practices with grounded understanding. All belief systems are respected. You do not need to adopt any philosophy or worldview. The focus is on direct experience, presence, and integration into real life.
What happens after the retreat? Will I know how to integrate the experience? Yes. This retreat is designed so you leave with a clearer sense of your own rhythm, simple ways to support your energy and well-being with an embodied understanding you can return to in your daily life Post-retreat support is being planned.
How many participants will there be? Group size is no more than 20 to preserve depth, safety, and personal attention within a calm group dynamic This allows the retreat to feel intimate and well-held.
Can I stay a couple of extra days? Not at the retreat center due to other retreats before and after ours. However, you are free to stay anywhere else you may wish.
What if I still have questions before committing? Questions are completely welcome. Please reach out with any questions or concerns before registering. We are here to support you to feel clear and comfortable in your decision.
